Order Cancellation & Changes

We will try to accommodate your request. However, once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation or modification may not be possible.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos for verification.
INMI reserves the right to make the final decision regarding cancellations, returns, or replacements.
Non-Refund / Non-Exchange Situations
Refunds or exchanges will not be provided in the following cases:
Customized or made-to-order products
Products returned in used or damaged condition
Minor colour/design differences caused by screen display or lighting
Incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by customer
Delivery failure after multiple courier attempts
Sale or discounted items (unless defective)
If a refund is approved, only the product value will be refunded. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
International Orders
Custom duties, VAT, import taxes, or local charges imposed by the destination country must be paid by the customer at delivery.
